Refund policy

We want the service to be configured correctly and work under the stated conditions.

Request period

A refund request may be submitted within 7 days of the order.

Conditions

A request is reviewed when the service cannot be activated or a lasting technical issue cannot be resolved by support. Internet, compatibility or configuration problems do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Processing

Send the email used for the order, the selected plan and a description of the issue. Our team will review the situation before confirming a decision.
